We require 24hours notice for cancellation. If not 50% fee will be applicable.

Sorry no Cheques accepted. Cash and card payments welcome.

Management and staff are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged valuables, cash or personal items while using our facilities.

Prices valid until 31 January 2015.

Bridal bookings:

A provisional booking will only be made when the signed quotation form has been received.

50% Deposit of your over-all amount is mandatory to secure your booking.

Booking is only confirmed when the deposit has been paid and the quote signed.

Deposits are non-refundable on cancellation.

Cancellation within 1 week of the wedding date requires 100% payment of the total invoice.

All the prices exclude travel and tollgate fees. Travel fees will be calculated at R3,50 per kilometer.

Accommodation charges may apply and will be for the clients’ account.

IMPORTANT! The ‘balance of payment’ is required one week prior to the wedding. If this term in not met, immediate cancellation of the booking will take effect.

All the above rates for bridesmaids and extra faces are only applicable if booked including the bride.

If extra services are required on the wedding day that was not part of the agreement, only cash will be accepted.

All payments are strictly cash, credit or debit cards.

Lara's Beauty Spot reserves the right to use any photograph(s) for marketing purposes.

All ladies booked for make-up must have their make-up done in the same room.

Please ensure that your face is cleansed, toned and moisturized before the make-up artist arrives.
